Where have all the cowboys gone…
Food is now starting to become the enemy. Today I was just constantly full and had barely any appetite all day. Afraid I wasn’t going to meet my calories for the day, I decided to get a BK Triple Stacker, which weighs in at over 1000 calories for just one sandwich. Somehow I was able to take it down, so that along with a few shakes hopefully got me somewhere in the ballpark of 3000 but it was just a flat out rough day for eating. Hoping my appetite picks up here in the coming days because this is starting to get a little demotivating.
Still taking the supplements as prescribed. The workouts now all have 3 days of rest between them so I’m starting to wonder if the lack of activity is playing a bigger role in my lack of desire to eat. I’ve never really been a big eater no matter the level of activity, but my appetite is nearly nonexistent right now.
