Appetite waning…
I didn’t set an alarm for the first time in forever, and found myself still only getting about 8 hours of sleep. Seems like my body is getting used to a normal sleep schedule which has never really happened before.
As the day moved on I really didn’t have much of an appetite. I was finding it really hard to put my lunch down, and ultimately only got through about half of it, and half of lunch. I attempted to supplement calories with shakes and I think I got close to 3,000 cals but it was a rough day.
No soreness today.
Additionally, I haven’t been paying as close of attention to my water intake. Probably need to get more diligent about that in the coming days.
