December has arrived! And the glutamine loading is finally over!
Today I again woke up and had a big appetite so breakfast was a piece of cake to take down. When lunch rolled around I was actually quite hungry for the first time in days in the afternoon, but about halfway through the meal I hit a big road block. Another hour of pushing and I finally got lunch down. Starting to wonder if this pattern is ever going to change? Assuming it will in a few days.
Glutamine loading is over so just down to supplements with each meal. This main sound like a small difference but no longer being on the clock every two hours feels like a whole new level of freedom as it relates to the program. Happy it’s over, and interested to see how things continue with the supplements moving forward.
No workout today, and for tomorrow my mind is completely focused on the increased weight for the push workout and hitting my target reps. Time to see if I’ve been eating and resting enough to help achieve the (ambitious) progressive overload that comes with this routine.
